I would like to thank all of you at Chicopee Industrial for your help over the past eight months. We moved and installed over one hundred machines of varying sizes, because you extended help and effort well beyond that of other contractors I have worked with all of our production machines are on line.

Several times we called you in the morning to offload an unexpected delivery and your guys showed up the same morning to get the machinery in the building.

All of you employees are helpful and pleasant to work with as well as flexible by working along side of our maintenance crew or by completing jobs with your own foreman and crew.
The quality of your work is exceptional. You've  fabricated several sets of steel stairs, fabricated safety guards, excavated and poured concrete flooring demolished and removed some old equipment to make room for new machines to mention a few projects. All work was completed without interrupting production. I have not had one complaint concerning your company and that means allot to me.

I just wanted to send a brief note to let you know how happy I am with the work that was done at Griffith Road in Chicopee.

The Sales Representative, Jack Dolan, was always accommodating to my requests, even unplanned tasks, and even went as far as coming in to assist the millwrights with manual labor.

Michael and Eddy made an outstanding team that performed all of the tasks necessary to accomplish the goal of closing the facility and preparing it for return after lease.

I do not think I ever had a team that could preform that variety of tasks that these two men did...

I have used riggers for similar work and have never had a versatile team with as few complaints.

And lastly, Gina Hawk, your business manager did an excellent job in keeping up with invoicing and preparing it in a requested format. This is uncommon and makes a hug difference for me, as project manager.

“This move that we did was on my mind for a long time, and I spent a lot of sleepless nights wondering how much trouble it was going to be. Our company is a very fast pace manufacturing facility and any production downtime is always a big problem. One of the departments that your team moved had a 3 day window to be up and running again. Of course part of those 3 days was Saturday and Sunday. The hardest part of this department move was the disassemble and re-assemble of our environmental booths. The booths also had to be reconfigured with new parts to make them larger. I ordered what I thought would be all the parts needed to do this job; however I was still missing items to complete the job. This did not slow your guys down. They did what they had to do to keep the job on schedule. This included fabricating parts as they went along”…..”All of your personnel was polite and could not help enough.”
